Your Privacy and Security. We will never share your personal information with anyone, except as needed to service your account. The details of our commitment can be found in our Privacy Promise. If you want to make a purchase, and would rather just give your information privately to our representative, please call us.
USE OF THE COMPUTERIZED CATALOG. Our website contains links to the various Tin Toy categories. In turn, each category page has direct links to all the Tin Toys in that group. Just select your category, then your favorite Tin Toy. Click your cursor on the item to see the price and a more detailed description. This also gives you access to your shopping cart. If you want to purchase the item, click ”add to cart”. Then continue shopping.
Mail Orders. If you wish to snail-mail your order, select the items, and add them to your cart. When done shopping, go to checkout. Enter your detailed billing and shipping information, but do not click on “make purchase” . Rather, print that order page off your computer and mail it to us.
Pricing Disclaimer. We make every effort to keep our catalog and pricing sheets up to date, however prices are subject to change without notice. Of course, you retain the right to cancel an order at any time prior to shipment.
PAYMENT CHOICES. TinManTinToys, LLC, accepts major credit cards, personal checks and money orders, or you may pay instantly and securely using PayPal. Sorry, no COD’s. We will also take credit card data over the phone or by e-mail. Please call us if you wish to mail an order with payment, to make sure data is complete and to avoid delays.
CHANGING YOUR MIND. Putting something in your shopping cart does not commit you to buying it. You can put as many items as you want into your shopping cart. When you are ready to check out, click on the “VIEW CART” button. In this way you can verify your choices, continue shopping, or delete items, before checking out.
Returns and Exchanges. If you are unhappy with the toys you receive, please contact us , so we can document the problem and give authorization for return. Each toy is inspected, and then packaged to protect against damage, but we cannot control postal handling. If damaged during shipment, please provide pictures so that claims can be processed. Refunds or exchanges must be requested within 10 days of receipt, and you will be responsible for return postage and a 20% restocking fee. The returned toys must be in original condition to be eligible.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING. In-stock items are usually shipped within 24 hours, or the next business day. We do not keep track of back-ordered items. We normally use the U. S. Postal Service, however, we reserve the right to use UPS or FedEx, depending on the size and destination of the order. Your shipping and handling costs are determined by rates applicable to your specific order, and you will always be shown these costs before committing to a purchase.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS. TinManTinToys, LLC, is pleased to serve many international customers. International shipping and handling costs are determined in the same manner as domestic orders. Insurance, special rules and regulations may apply for some countries. The customer is responsible for all such additional fees.
